
I decided that the best way to deal with a snowy Sunday was to make another seafood pasta, this time I used some canned smoked clams. This recipe was good enough to satisfy my craving, but I’m wondering what additional flavors could be added to complement the smoky-ness of the clams?
Smoked Clam Spaghetti
Ingredients
1/2 a can of smoked clams
1 serving pasta
a glug of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook linguini according to boxed instructions. Mix the linguini with olive oil, salt and pepper. Top with half a can of smoked clams. Enjoy!
