Bigger is better

A few weeks ago I saw Heather post about perfect breakfast biscuits and I immediately had to make them.

I’m a sucker for breakfast biscuits and these seemed to be a great project while Dan was out of town.

They took almost no time to make and were buttery and delicious.

The one thing I’d caution against is making them drastically different sizes.  I used a glass as the cookie cutter and I had leftover dough after my first go around so I rolled it out again and cut out more biscuits.  Unfortunately, I kept rolling the dough thinner each time.

They all cooked ok, but they were more delicious when they were bigger.  Of course, I only took pictures of the bigger ones because they were prettier.
