On our trip, Dan and I encountered more than one mediocre/poor restaurant. To rectify that situation, Dan researched for a lunch place in Grand Junction and he really hit it out of the park.
The restaurant was pretty empty, but then again we were a little early for lunch. The overall feel of the restaurant was cozy chick. I didn’t get a chance to sample the extensive wine list because I had to go to work right after lunch.
I got the duck club sandwich. I really could have just eaten half because it was so rich, but it was so delicious that I kept working through the second half.
That was a lot of food! But it was delicious. I am very proud to say that I did NOT fall asleep in my meeting despite my overfull belly!
