In addition to the fabulous restaurants that were able to accommodate food allergies, Megs shared some chocolate that is both gluten and dairy free.
We found this bar at peppercorn in Boulder. Megs has had it before but I hadn’t, so we split a small bar.
So good! And a pretty good ingredient list. We also stopped into Penzy’s Spice shop and had fun looking at different spices. One that I was most impressed by was the pasta sprinkle. Basil, oregano, garlic and thyme. It smelled amazing! I think Dan and I should try to recreate this seasoning at home.
