shrimp and slaw

Finally!  I’m back to sharing recipes!  I may even revert back to taking pictures of everything I eat.  I find that it’s a boring blog post but it’s helpful to keep me accountable.  So, I may work something out about that.  Any suggestions?

Onto the shrimp dish.  Shrimp is my absolute fave.  It can be kind of expensive but it’s delicious and can taste so different depending on the dish.  The carrot slaw in this was a little too acidic, I reduced the amount of lime juice but maybe taste test it as you go.
