
I do love going through these pictures though and I’m putting together lessons learned to help guide me in the future.

To entertain you while I keep working on these pictures, I’ll share a bean recipe from a few weeks ago. It originally accompanied a mahi mahi recipe that I did not like, so I won’t subject you to that one!
Lemon-Garlic White Beans

Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup northern white beans
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp parsley
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 lemons, juiced
Instructions:
Heat a skillet with medium-high heat and place the oil on the pan. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Reduce heat to medium and add the beans. Stir for 2 minutes and then add the broth. Then add the parsley and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes.
