
This recipe includes so many of my favorite things, shrimp, feta, dill… how can you go wrong? Nothing. This is so light and satisfying that I want more right now!
Spaghetti with Shrimp, Feta and Dill

Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lbs raw shrimp
- drizzle olive oil
- 1 t lemon zest
- 2 T lemon juice
- dill
- 3/4 c crumbled feta
- 1/4 c olive oil
- salt&pepper
Instructions:
cook spaghetti according to directions.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a medium skillet of medium-high heat until the shrimp is cooked through. This should take 3-4 minutes. Once the shrimp is cooked add the lemon zest and juice.
Toss the shrimp, spaghetti, dill, feta and olive oil in a medium bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
