Roasted Brussels Sprouts


I just realized that I haven’t posted this recipe yet!  I think we are realizing that any vegetable is delicious simply roasted.  Just add olive oil, salt and pepper.  The first brussels sprouts recipe was ok, (it had bacon. Yum!) but this recipe was phenomenal!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and halved
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper on top. 

Roast for 30 to 45 minutes, checking to make sure that they don’t burn.  The Brussels sprouts should be dark brown.
