Devilish Eggs

I was lucky to get the opportunity to test out some Eggland’s Best Eggs from Foodbuzz. eggs-3
I was craving deviled eggs so I thought they’d be fun to bring with me to the blogger get together

Devilish Eggs
Adapted from
  • 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled, sliced in half with the yolks separated
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 4 dashes of hot sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Paprika and Red Pepper Flakes for garnish
Put the egg yolks into a bowl and mash, then add all of the rest of ingredients except for paprika and red pepper flakes.  Mash until combined. Scoop the mixture into the egg white shells and sprinkle paprika and red pepper flakes. 

These can be stored for about a day but make sure to cover tightly or else you will have to discard them like I had to!
