This is one of our most favorite recipes and it’s simple. So simple that I don’t have an actual recipe for it.
Ingredients:
- spinach
- garlic (to taste)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil and chopped garlic in medium sauté pan. When garlic is heated add spinach a little at a time and let it wilt. Add salt and pepper to taste. It will be ready when all the spinach is wilted.
Serve immediately.
Nutritionals depend on amount of spinach/oil (mostly oil) used.

I love making spinach this way, too. Simple and fabulous.
Have you tried kale yet?? I can't remember...it is my NEW spinach..I love the texture + flavor SO much more. hehehe ;) Still like spinach though..but mostly cold in salads!
I like to add raisins and pine nuts to this - perfect!
Katie: totally fabulous. yum.
Ashley: I've tried kale, I didn't love it, that's kept me from going back since I love spinach so much...Except cold. I really prefer wilted/cooked spinach more than fresh...I'm weird. I know.
Annissa: I've never thought about raisins and pine nuts. Dan would object but yum!
