Pear ravioli recipe

Remember when we made the Apple, Walnut Ravioli?  We decided to mix things up with the recipe and try again.  The original recipe came from Real Simple and is so tasty!
  • 1 pound of cheese ravioli
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 pears, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Cook ravioli according to directions.  Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.  Add the oil and wait for it to get hot.  Add the walnuts and stir often until lightly toasted, for about 5 minutes.
Add the pear, a half teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of pepper and toss all the ingredients to combine.  Place ravioli and pear mixture in a bowl and toss to coat ravioli.
