For some reason I’ve been craving cheerios for breakfast. So that is what I had! (I added bran buds for fiber)

Lunch was also pretty brown. Dan made some popcorn shrimp so I had a serving!

Dinner was leftovers from last night. Yet another brown meal! The tetrazzini definitely needs more salt than added in the recipe.

I started tracking my food again today and I did pretty well. It is definitely my goal to stay on track through the holidays. Although, I know Christmas will be much more difficult since we will be on the road so much. We’ll be hitting 5 states in a week and a half! That’s a lot of roadside and airport dinners.
