
A cold snowy morning requires a a warm and cozy breakfast!

My oats included
- one serving of oats
- a splash of low fat eggnog
- a sprinkle of nutmeg
- a few chunks of brown sugar
Much better than all my attempts at pumpkin oats! I may have also put a splash of eggnog into my coffee for a lower calorie eggnog latte.
