So minty and fresh!

One of the great benefits of living in a dry climate is the fact that when Dan picked me up from work it was pretty hot. But, by the time we ate it was cool with a breeze, we even have the windows open.  Gosh I love it here.

Dan is on break from triathlons right now so he was home for dinner tonight.  We have so much fun ‘cooking’ together, and by that I mean, he cooks while I tell him to stop, step out of my light and hold on so I can take pictures.  What can I say, I like my photography!

This morning I completely forgot to photograph my breakfast, which is just as well.  I had hardboiled eggs and grapes.  Although I did add the Bran Buds to my breakfast.

This is a nice start to the day.  No hunger!  Of course that might have had something to do with the nonfat pumpkin spice latte (tall!) that I had.  Oh yum!

Lunch was leftovers from last night.  Chicken with Leeks and Apples.

For dessert I had a vitatop.  This always smells sooo much better than it tastes.  It tastes good, but not as it smells.

Now onto dinner, we had Balsamic Marinated Pork and Grilled Peaches.
This time we had Minty Bulgur Wheat and Peach Salad
The recipe is to come!
This was a very fresh and tasty recipe.  It really is fun to do work on food creations together.  Even funnier is that Dan is now measuring all of his food too!  Of course, he needs to calculate calories to GAIN weight, not lose weight.
