We’ll be moving around a lot, but I can’t wait! Even better, I woke up to a 2lbs lost on the scale! I’ve broken another 10lbs barrier. Woohoo! The best thing about Dan tracking his food is that he’s concerned about eating well while we are traveling so that will be very helpful when we make choices!
Once again I had eggs for breakfast. The worst part of eating these at work. The smell. I feel like I have to announce to everyone around me that I’m eating an egg, the smell is not me!

Lunch and dinner was the Balsamic Marinated Pork and Peaches

With the Minty Bulgur salad. It’s official, I love bulgur. We are going to cook with Quinoa next. But I’m having thoughts of new recipes to use it!

I also had an artichoke. I tried a recipe from Chai for a butter dip, but I think I messed up on the proportions, so it didn’t work. Boo. I’m gonna have to try it again. (And if you don’t read her, go check out Chai and her brother Fatty’s blog. Chai is a pretty intense workout machine!)

Now, I barely photograph my deserts, there are a few reasons, I don’t want to tempt, since I KNOW my photography is that influential, and I often eat it after I post. But, for lunch and dinner I had 1 square of White chocolate with coconut. So tasty! 4 are in a serving, but one is perfect for me!
