Funk monster

Does anyone else just have unexplained funk days?  I seem to fixate on certain event, no matter how small, and hold on to it.  In the past these days drove me to snacking.  It’s not sad, it’s not upset, it’s just a funk.  I would think I could drown out the scenes playing through my mind…


Instead, I blog.  I just wish I knew how to stop the funk altogether!  How do you get rid of the funk when it comes?
