Well, tonight I hopped onto the elliptical and had a good workout. How do I get over the boredom!? And since so many of you asked, here is the link to the elliptical. I bought it because it was cheap and small, and I'm still in a one bedroom apartment....
Oh well, onto today's eats. Of course breakfast included a Mix 1 and a cup of grapes.

Lunch was tasty leftovers from last night. Pork chops and Pesto (pesto recipe later)
I also ate an Ezekiel cinnamon rasin english muffin and a super charge me cookie.
This was so tasty! I've got one SCM cookie left. I'll need to make these again! Dinner was pesto pasta and pork chops.

I measured out one Tablespoon of pesto. Oh my gosh, definitely not diet food, but in moderation. OMG Good.
Naked Chef Pesto
- 4 oz basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c pine nuts
- 2.5 oz Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
