Exercise? What Exercise?

Boy that tumble I took in May has really derailed all fitness efforts. I tried to start walking again last week, but those efforts have not been continued this week due to extreme heat and new pain in the ankle (WTH!)

I'm realizing I never picked a challenge for this week either! Crap. It has to be another exercise challenge, and I need to keep up with the strength training too. So, challenge for next week is walk, no matter how short, each day.

I hope my ankle feels better! Next week we're going to Connecticut to visit my dad and I'm packing my sneakers (no more walking in flip flops for beth!)
