Early Morning

For some reason hubby was up at 4:30, which means I was up soon thereafter. Good thing I start work at 6:30 this morning!

Because of the early wake up call I had a relaxing morning and actually ate some of breakfast at home. I started with a Thomas' Light Fiber English Muffin with Marmalade.Followed by a green monster. My mix is a lot lighter today
  • Handful of spinach
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 T flax seed meal
  • 1T chia seeds
  • 1 banana
Much lighter than I'm used to, tastes like thick banana flavored water. Still very tasty. Today is my last doctors appointment for about a month (hopefully). I'm interested in seeing if the breakfast spinach impacts my levels. I'll report back tonight!
