um, wow

So, the scale went down again. Anyone that has been following my blog knows that I haven't lost any weight since April. So, maybe it's my body's way of catching up to where it wants to be. I am sincerely hoping that this has to do with my restricted carb eating and not my cold. I have been eating 1200-1400 calories and 150-180 carbs. So, I'm sincerely hoping that this is the whoosh that has been building up from over a month of eating well and seeing no changes.

But, that doesn't make it any less awesome to see the new number 2_5.8 on the scale. That's 3.8 lbs in the past 4 days. Yippea! I'm feeling even worse today though. Bummer.
