My wonderful hubby made me breakfast this morning. Of course what meal is complete without watermelon. Hubby made wonderful low carb pancakes, which I topped with log cabin sugar free syrup and I can't believe it's not butter spray.
I also stepped on the scale this morning. It was down again! 2_7.4 hurrah! I've been really motivated to stay under my calories and under my carbs. It seems to be sticking, or else this is the 'whoosh' I've been working towards. for the past month.

Thank goodness! The weekend is definitely the challenge, especially a weekend when I'm quarantined at home with all this food available. That was why I had the watermelon. Tons of water to fill me up. It didn't help that I woke up at 6am and hubby's out for the morning so I'm home alone. Maybe I'll take a nap :)
