Back Again

How many times do I have to regain and lose the same pounds?  Blergh.  The snacking continued last night.  Not much.  But some.  I have not tracked yesterday's food.
Today is a new day, right?  I brought food I want to eat to work and so I'm going to eat it and  It's really tempting to have it so close! 
So, my goal for today, eat on plan.  And not to succumb to the temptation of Panera.
