In recovery

Thank you guys so much for your reassuring comments.  I have not been great at getting my ankle above my heart (gosh, my heart is high up there!) but it's up when it can be.  I am sitting in my cube at work with my leg on my desk .  The icepack is now underneath the ankle for support but it will go above.  I did remember (as I was typing this) to take pics of my foods for the day. 
 
For breakfast I had an untoasted Thomas' 100 calorie English Muffin with 1 laughing cow cheese along with 1 pear.(unpictured)
 
For Lunch and snacks I have an untoasted Thomas' 100 calorie English Muffin with 1 laughing cow cheese, a fiber one bar, 1 Mott's healthy harvest Blueberry Delight and 2 servings of cheesy chips(basically american cheese cooked in the micro).
 
I'm not sure about the calories and whatnot but I needed food that I didn't need to carry back and forth to the kitchen.So, no refridgeration and no microwaving.  And, this is what we came up with.
 
Tomorrow we travel again, this time to Philadelphia and I'll get to see Mrs. Parke! yay!  Of course I'll be the totally non-life of the party at the wedding we're attending. What with my not being able to get up and dance or even mingle effectively.  I hope the dress I want to wear still fits! Maybe I should have tried it on! yikes.
