Naked Chef Pesto

Naked Chef Pesto
4 oz basil
1 clove garlic
1/4 c pine nuts
2.5 oz Parmesan cheese
1 c. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place basil, garlic and pine nuts in the food processor until blended.  Move to a bowl and add Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Mix.  But beware, you will want to eat the whole bowl but it is 2,400 calories!
